Use of Promotional Code

Only one promotional code can be used per order at the checkout. Our Platform will not allow for the use of more than one code to be utilized.

Promotional codes may not be applied to pre-order, sales product unless stated otherwise.

Offer applies to pre-tax merchandise only (excluding shipping charges).

Welcome Email

The promotional code is provided to new subscribers entitles them to receive 10% off their first purchase.

– The code must be applied in the cart in order to receive the sitewide discount.

– Marnu has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry.

– Only one (1) promo code can be applied to a single order.

Promotional offers will not be honoured unless the relevant code has been applied to the cart and no refund will be offered if the promotion was not completed correctly.

The promotion cannot be applied to an order that has been completed, nor can the relevant promo code and discount be applied to an invalid order.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all related details, such as descriptions, and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Pre-Orders

All orders that contain ‘pre order’ and ‘in stock’ items will be sent once ALL items are in stock.

Please refer to the item’s product page to see when the item is scheduled to ship.

If you require the in-stock item to come first, you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with our customer service team and they will assist you.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error , Marnu have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Marnu also has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Marnu will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

As Marnu Lover, you may be invited to leave a review. We welcome honest reviews, and incentives are offered equally to our consumers whether the review is positive or negative.
