Placing an Order

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to contract with Marnu, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Marnu retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

Payment

Payment Our website accepts payments using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Shopify. Once your credit card has been validated, upon clicking “PLACE ORDER” we will debit your credit card immediately for the full order amount.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error , Marnu have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Marnu also has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Marnu will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Privacy

Personal details – Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Marnu. See our Privacy Policy page for more details.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued as e-gift cards that are sent in an email. They are not redeemable for cash or traveller’s cheques. No change will be given for a purchase made with a gift card. When the cost of a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Marnu disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen card number.

Subscription

By subscribing to our e-news/registering to be notified when a product is back in stock you are authorizing us to send you communications.

Second Items

Please note, if an item is marked as “SECONDS” it means that they have minor faults. The images on the product page reflect some of the common flaws. 

Prices as marked.  All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Discount and promotional codes will not apply to SAMPLE items.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

All emails and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. If you have received an email in error please notify Marnu at [email protected]. Messages contain confidential information and are intended only for the individual named. If you are not the named addressee you should not disseminate, distribute or copy any e-mail not addressed to you.

Please notify the sender immediately by e-mail if you have received an e-mail by mistake and delete the e-mail from your system. If you are not the intended recipient you are notified that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is strictly prohibited.
